After a Dec. 17 expiration date for City Center II’s site plan, there are many directions in which the project could go. Strathmore Development Company, the project’s developer, is behind on paying both East Lansing and Ingham County taxes. It has paid about a third of what it owes to the city, about $129,000, for summer 2009 taxes. It owes more than $200,000 combined to the city and the county. Read more »
