The crew team picked up wins in eight of the 12 races at the Buckeye Invitational this weekend in Columbus, Ohio.
The No. 12 Spartans competed against No. 3 Ohio State and No. 14 Texas on Saturday morning and Clemson and Texas in the afternoon.
In the morning session, MSU took first in the second novice eight race and the first varsity four race.
In the afternoon, the Spartans won the second novice eight, the second varsity four and the first varsity eight race. The first varsity four boat took first again.
MSU will race Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin this Saturday in Iowa City, Iowa.
