If you flip through the pages of the November issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine, you might notice a familiar face from one of your classes.

Michigan's hunkiest bachelor, according to editors of the magazine, is human biology senior Jamie Batzer.

So what is it like to be a hunk? The 22-year-old said the recognition from the magazine is starting to set in.

"It's nice for people to think that about you - it's pretty flattering," he said.

Since appearing in the magazine, Batzer said he's received hundreds of e-mails from all over the country, which he doesn't take too seriously.
