Three MSU students took top honors at the first ever Fisher Biz Quiz National Challenge.
Sponsored by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. and The Wall Street Journal, the competition focused on how well these students knew business-related current events.
The group took first place and brought home a $3,000 check in the process.
Helen Dashney, director of Eli Broad College of Business' financial market institute and the group's adviser, said she saw the students come out of their shells.
"Once they started working together, they took on a real competitive spirit and were really able to play off each other's strengths," she said.
