The MSU men's tennis team finished a weekend of play with a 7-0 loss to No. 3 Ohio State on Sunday.
The loss comes a day after the team fell to Indiana, 5-2.
"There were some competitive matches, but we are not here to be close, we came here to win," MSU head coach Gene Orlando said in a written statement. "It was a tough loss for us, but all we can do now is get ready for the next match."
The Spartans will play Saturday against Iowa.
