East Lansing residents will have a chance to address East Lansing City Council members about the Avondale Square Neighborhood Development, also known as the Virginia Avenue project, at Tuesday night's work session.
The session will be held at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 410 Abbott Road.
Those who would like to address the council members about the project must be present at the beginning of the work session.
