Heading to the cafeteria every day can become just another part of the daily grind. Unless you happen to dine in West Circle where food service worker Tim Farmer gets the party started.
“It’s show night,” he said.

“It’s show night,” he said.
Farmer, who works at the Toss & Fry station in Yakeley Hall, likes to make mealtime unforgettable. Armed with his stereo, he likes to make students feel at home.
“I’m just me, I like to have fun. I believe every job should be fun,” Farmer said.
Students can usually find Farmer singing and dancing to everything from “Tell Me Why” to “Take On Me” and chatting with diners about their day while serving up dishes like chicken alfredo. “It’s one big happy party,” he said. “If I could make one person laugh – that’s all it takes.”
