MSU employee robbed during lunch break
A laptop, cell phone and MP3 player were among the $1,700 worth of property stolen from a Kedzie Hall office Wednesday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. A 28-year-old MSU employee reported that she left her silver Dell Latitude notebook, silver Motorola cell phone, Creative Zen MP3 player, Eddie Bauer carry bag, prescription sunglasses, flash drive, wallet, credit cards and purse in her unlocked office between 12:30-1 p.m., McGlothian-Taylor said. The employee said she left her office to eat lunch and noticed her property was missing when she returned. There were no suspects at the scene, McGlothian-Taylor said.
