Charge: Disorderly conduct — obstructing, resisting or hindering arrest, minor in possession, open alcohol

Maximum penalty: 90 days in jail and/or $500 fine; MIP penalty dependent upon prior offenses

Plea: Not guilty

Restrictions: No possession of alcohol or controlled substances, curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. enforced by tether, daily preliminary breath test

Clark Leamon, 18

Mechanical engineering freshman

Charge: Disorderly conduct — assemble for riot

Maximum penalty: 90 days in jail and/or $500 fine

Plea: Not guilty

Restrictions: No possession of alcohol or controlled substances, curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. enforced by tether, daily PBT

Throw them all in jail! They knew they were not behaving, make them pay and show that the students can not get a way with stuff like this!

stuff like what. A lot of the people were arrested before 11pm. what can they have done to start a riot. most of the people who actually did start the riot are never going to be charged, even though there is video.
