This is a step in the right direction, but it’s not enough. Just look at their majors. A mechanical engineer and biochemistry and molecular biology! MSU needs to find a way to ensure kids like this wont be given the chance to entire the university. Let ‘em burn i say.

They are clearly throwing the book at that girl for that charge. A little rediculous if you ask me.
Where are all of the charges for inciting riots and throwing objects at the police? I’m thinking that maybe those are the charges that actually matter in this.

It would be interesting to look into their reasoning for a “not guilty” plea. I am sure there is some degree of evidence proving their guilt.

you always plead not guilty unless they offer you a bargain to just plead guilty. if you plead guilty otherwise you just get the maximum sentence possible so might as well plead guilty and hope for the judge to offer some community service or some program.

under normal circumstances, they might offer a “first-offender” diversion program—so they can avoid records.
but, since they seem hell-bent on making examples of these kids—it’s highly unlikely.
plus—on a 90-day charge of indecenet exposure—there isn’t much of a plea bargain.
i can just see that chick applying for a job—with an indecent exposure on her record. she’s better off going on the “six year plan” and getting it expunged before entering the work force. of course that’s 5+ years of staying clean. a small price to pay for acting like a slut and getting a few cheap hoots and hollers. i’m sure daddy and mommy are very proud of their little girl.

So some girls showed their breasts in public. So? They are just breasts. What they really did was show their nipples. So that makes them criminals? Who cares? I mean let’s keep this in perspective. She didn’t show her crotch to the paparazzi or make a sex tape. Jeez! I don’t see how this girl is a “skank” based on this. Everybody needs to grow up. The real focus should be on the people throwing bottles and screaming, “RIOT!” It should not be about chasing down an 18 year old girl because she flashed her nipples. Boy I sure wish all of you that are ranting and raving had all the facts before you pass judgement. Alot of the MSU student’s were not throwing bricks, and rioting at all. I know for a fact some of these student’s were leaving the party by midnight. So wait till all the facts are out in public before you shoot your mouth off!!!!!! STOP THE WITCH HUNT AND SUPPORT YOUR FELLOW MSU STUDENT’S TILL YOU KNOW THE FACTS!!!! As in the past all is not what it seems!!! The real focus needs to be on the people who were throwing bottles, bricks, lighting dumpster fires, and not leaving the area when ask. Those are the true rioters!!! East Lansing are lumping all arrests into the riot forum and threatening everyone of the student’s even those not present when the riot took place!!! Just a few things to think about!!

i’m certain that all of the pious, wholesome gatherers at cedar fest were absolutely offended and repulsed by the exposure of this girl’s tits! most certainly, an exposed pair of female breasts is public enemy #1. forget the people who actually RIOTED and threw glass bottles at police, broke car and store windows, trashed the entire complex and lit multiple dumpsters on fire. oh how i love america, the land of insane censorship, ludicrous restrictions on speech and the most outrageously asinine justice system in the free world.
