Home and family snapshots from this summer could be winners of the 2008 community photo contest, “The Essence of East Lansing,” if turned in to the city of East Lansing by Sept. 10 at 5 p.m.
The contest will accept up to five photographs from anyone, of any experience level, to eventually be included in the 2009 Community Calendar & 2008 Annual Report.
Photo requirements include a 300 dpi resolution and only minor, if any, digital enhancements to the snapshots. Otherwise, interested photographers have freedom to capture moments from any East Lansing event or scene, whatever the season.
