The Green Party of the United States, the nation’s most prominent third party, has selected former congresswoman Cynthia McKinney as its presidential nominee, but it remains to be seen if she will receive enough support to qualify for federal campaign funding.

Its nice to see articles about Third Parties. One of the two largest parties the Constitution Party (U.S. Taxpayers Party of Michigan) seem to get little news coverage. Its Presidential Candidate Chuck Baldwin (www.Baldwin08.com) stands for many things a college student could support.

So far this year the Green Party has won 20 out of 36 races for a win rate of 56%. This is the first year where the Green Party has won more than half of it’s races in the first six months of the cycle. The Green Party currently has 272 candidates running for the year. Most of the partisan races have declared. There will probably be several more non-partisan races declaring.

One way to increase our visibility and viability is to register voters, sponsor debates, and find new members on campus. Contact campus@gp.org to organize a Campus Greens chapter at MSU.

This isn’t Cynthia “Don’t You Know Who I Am?” McKinney, is it? She’s not the one who berated a congressional worker for doing his job? Is she?
The Green Party has lost all credibility; the “green” is mold…they’re the New Whigs.

Why do you think she lost her last election? Because she’s and elitist, racist, sexist excuse for a politician. Try not sucking off the public payroll for a few year and WORK FOR A LIVING. Forget “public service”, honey. We have no need for your ilk.

The Green Parties lead the way.
All over the world the Greens are showing the way, the MSM are so out of touch they don’t have influence like they think they have.
Keep up the good work Greens.

It’s a headline and theme that catches attention.

And I thank you for writing about the Green Party.

	Respectfully, you are incorrect.

Green candidates, Independent Green candidates are filling the ballot for local, state, and federal office across America.

In Virginia alone we have 5 U.S. House candidates, 1 U.S. Senate candidate all Indy, Indy Green endorsed/nominated.

	That’s just the federal races.

Look at the spectacular full slate of Green Party candidates that the Green Parties of Arkansas, Oregon, and Illinois – just to name a few -have fielded.

More Green Party candidates are coming. Conservative Green Party candidates. Center Green Party candidates. Green Party candidates across the political spectrum.

In fact YOU should become a Green Party candidate for office.

	Learn by doing.
