<description>Thank you for the article. The talk was very informative and I was very glad to be able to attend. I am thrilled that Lansing is on board with making positive changes in regards to native plantings and natural resource management. As a side note, the correct spelling of my last name is Ames, not Amas (below the photo). Also, I believe the flower mentioned as Prairie Dog is actually Prairie Dock. I don&#8217;t know the scientific name for it.</description>
