She started at $120k, $140k, $160k, and got to $180k and looked at me and asked me if I wanted her to keep going. First off to OMG: While re-reading these posts I have noticed that i have not been respectful of your opinion and insulting you is something i dont do to people. So in humility i apologize. Loans:No matter what you say…It there is no federal quota that stipulates and mandates that a specific number of loans must be given out to so called risky people. IT IS TOTALLY UP TO THE LOAN OFFICER AT THE BANK. CNN did a report on this and former Bank of America employees admitted that they INDISCRIMINATELY targeted people to take out loans. I don’t blame the poor people who took out the loan. Its understandable why they did do it. Its more inexcusable for banks to try and consistently rip off people by convincing them to take out loans over the phone, and then not tell them that if they are late on 1 single payment they will start paying 26% interest. OBAMA NEVER SAID GIVE MONEY TO PEOPLE who can’t pay it back. The dems pushed for fair treatment at the loan office, and loan officers took this as their chance to rip people off. The same goes for risky white lenders. The banks know what they are doing when they loan someone money, just like you know what you are doing if you have ever loaned someone money.
