A 29-year-old man was arraigned in East Lansing’s 54-B District Court Thursday on counts of possessing marijuana with the intent to deliver, manufacturing marijuana and maintaining a drug house.

Approximately 77 marijuana plants were taken from a house located on the 100 block of Oxford Road.

According to Detective Sgt. Bill Eberhardt with Tri-County Metro Narcotics Squad, Jacob Linder was arrested Wednesday at about 7:30 p.m. The Special Response Team — comprised of personnel from East Lansing, MSU, Ingham County and Meridian Township — searched Linder’s home after obtaining a warrant from the prosecutor.

Eberhardt said the police believe it to be an isolated incident and no additional charges or arrests are expected.
