MSU groups to hold debate on campus

By Kelly House (Last updated: 10/21/08 9:37pm)

Three campus political groups will speak on national issues during a debate tonight in the Wonders Hall Kiva.

Representatives for MSU Democrats, MSU College Republicans and the Natural Law Party, which supports Ralph Nader, will participate in the debate. James Madison College assistant professor Ben Kleinerman will moderate.

College Republicans spokesman Louie Glinzak said the economy will be a major topic of discussion.

The two-hour debate will begin at 7 p.m. Participants will have three minutes for their first response, with one minute of rebuttal time.

The event is free and open to the public.

I wonder if the never ending horde of leftists occupying MSU will allow the Republican representative to say anything before they start banging chairs, throwing bottles, lighting fires, and acting like savages.
