Michigan State was outclassed. They were taken to school. One, the MSU’s quarterback is not good. Two, MSU’s play calling was too conservative, it was not multidimensional like Penn State’s. MSU was too predictable. Hopefully, now, Dantonio has learned some lessons after being schooled. Hopefully, after Penn State and Ohio State’s games, Dantonio will study film, learn where we were deficient, and become that more knowledgeable for next year. Lets face it, we are not with the elite programs yet.

Coach Izzo did not make it happen in one or two years, so Coach Dantonio is doing good! We’ve got much to learn, and adapt, but we’re in the development stage. Thank GOD for coaches we’ve gotten in football and basketball, I believe the stage is being set for football to raise to Elite status, too. However, it takes time and support.

So if your in places other then EL or the away games, cheer and cheer hard. People at the games, stay…don’t walk away. Some of my friends on the prior teams say that that is honestly upsetting when they look up and the student section is emptying and there are more of the opposing teams fans there.

Support always, cheer strong, and GO STATE!

GH hit it right on the head…our team got outplayed, and our coach got outcoached…they had an answer for everything we threw at them, and we didn’t have an answer for most of their plays. I hope this is something that our coach learns from and not a sign of things to come…gotta be able to adapt to what the game is dictating and we did none of that on Saturday. The good news is that because we lost, we won’t be playing a USC or Florida team that would set us back another year. At least we’ll face a team that is more on our level like a South Carolina or Mississippi or someone like that.
