Charges made on man’s Visa after losing wallet
A 32-year-old male student had five fraudulent charges made on his Visa credit card after losing his wallet on a bus Jan. 29, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The student lost his wallet on a Capital Area Transportation Authority, or CATA, bus at around 8:30 p.m. and then claimed the wallet at the downtown Lansing CATA station the next morning. The wallet was returned with nothing missing and the victim was contacted by MSU Federal Credit Union on Thursday regarding the fraudulent charges. Police could not say where the purchases came from, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The charges amounted to $109.19. There are currently no suspects and the incident is still under investigation, McGlothian-Taylor said.

This guy either has the WORST credit, the WORST bank balance or was lucky enough to get the LEAST opportunistic thief.
