MSU guards Chris Allen and Korie Lucious will undergo surgery Friday to repair broken bones in their right feet, according to an MSU Athletic Communications release.
According to the release, Allen, a sophomore, and Lucious, a freshman, suffered the injuries during Monday night’s NCAA national championship game against North Carolina.

Wow. I knew Lucious got hurt, but I don’t remember Allen getting hurt. Hopefully they get well quick and can get back to practicing to get better for next year with no after affects.

You are such a terrible reporter Alex Altman. Thank you for finding this on CBSsportsline and taking the time to barely paraphrase it (http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/story/11608540), instead of asking some of the players or Tom Izzo. The State News might have the worst sports crew I’ve ever encountered.
