Think the big helmet on top looks nice. Back Option 1. By putting the schedule on the back of the shirt, it automatically dates it and makes it look old after that year. I also think that it tends to be appealing to both men and women. I agree with Jason B. putting the dates on the back of the shirt will only date it and eventually make it look old.
