Fantastic night – all for $10. Well worth the drive from Muskegon, where a week ago I attended Summer Celebration. My compliments on a well-run event, a stellar lineup and allowing the Jukes to play along with the fireworks. $2 beers and $2 Pepsi’s and parking was a breeze. Looked like lots of people having fun in tough economic times. Second trip to downtown Lansing for entertainment this summer. Saw the Lugnuts earlier in the year (at a stadium that blows away Fifth-Third Ballpark in Grand Rapids…err make that Comstock Park, MI. You folks did it right. The downtown area has improved immensely from the 1980s, when the only attraction for me was Chili Cheese Dogs at Cupies.
