Man sustains head injury after fall

An 18-year-old man with no MSU affiliation was sent to Lansing’s Sparrow Hospital after being pushed down the stairs and sustaining a head injury at about 3 a.m. Sunday in Emmons Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The victim was standing on the stairs between the first and second floors when a group of people passed by and an unknown individual pushed him, causing him to fall down the stairs and hit his head. He had a cut of unknown severity on the back of his head and was unable to describe the person who pushed him.

There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.

From what I remember, Emmons was always on 24hr lockdown to non-residents, what was this clown doing there at 3am?
