University officials are almost sure swine flu has arrived at MSU, but it’s impossible to tell how many people have been infected with the virus because it is so common officials don’t test for it.

I hope that everyone will ignore all the misinformation about the H1N1 vaccine. I truly do. Take the shot, please. It is early in the flu season and we are already up to almost 4000 dead. There will be lots more. Get the shot. We are going to need people to run the country.

Yup… Take the shot. Sure, you can’t actually get the shot, but why let that stop you? Heck, it’s hard enough to find the regular flu shot. Seasonal flu shot clinics scheduled by the University Physicians office, Ingham County Health Department, and Oakland County Health Department have all been canceled due to a shortage of the vaccine.

Nobody knows when the H1N1 vaccine will be available (November???). The Ingham County Health Department currently has it, but is only administering it to a very small group of people. Most MSU students don’t meet the criteria to be immunized in the first tier.

So yes, by all means, get the shot! If you can find it…

This is a joke, they’re making a claim of how many people get H1N1 this year, AND THEY WON’T TEST FOR IT! This is completely bogus science. DO NOT GET THE SHOT! Old news coverage from the ’70s discovered that among Amish children, there is virtually no autism. Only vaccinated populations develop debilitating autism among their youth.

	Stop this madness now!

DJ is going to be rabidly attacked, but he’s right. Unless you’ve got a good chance of dying from getting the flu, a vaccine will do more harm than good.
