By Matt Bishop Originally Published: 10/27/09 7:52pm 1 comment

Iowa might have left Spartan Stadium with a victory, but the win came at a cost.

The Hawkeyes likely will lose running back Adam Robinson for the remainder of the regular season while guard Dace Richardson will be out at least until Iowa’s bowl game, The Des Moines Register reports.

Robinson injured his ankle while Richardson suffered a broken bone in his left foot.

Robinson rushed for 109 yards on 27 carries against the Spartans.

The referees have deliberated after seeing word of these injuries and called two additional personal foul penalties on MSU.
