Wharton to host spooky event

The annual Spartan SPOOKtacular will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Wharton Center.
The event will be presented by the MSU College of Music and MSU Federal Credit Union and will feature a grand finale with the Spartan Marching Band, which will play MSU highlights from the 2009 season.
The concert will include music from the MSU Wind Symphony, Symphony Band and Jazz Octet I from the MSU College of Music.
Jazz vocalist Sunny Wilkinson and percussionist Gwendolyn Burgett Thrasher will also perform.
