The Lansing Board of Water and Light will exchange old strands of incandescent holiday lights for new strands of LED holiday lights Thursday.
The BWL will exchange lights at the Go Green! Holiday Event at Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Ave., in Lansing on Thursday, and at the East Lansing Public Works Office, 1800 East State Road, and the Lansing Board of Water and Light, 1232 Haco Drive, in Lansing, from Thursday to Dec. 4
