By Brittany Shammas (Last updated: 11/01/09 11:54pm)

Woman loses wallet, card on CATA bus

A 27-year-old Spartan Village resident who lost her wallet and credit card at about 1 a.m. Thursday was notified of transactions made on the card, MSU police Sgt. Dan Munford said.

The wallet was lost or taken while the victim was on a Capital Area Transportation Authority bus, Munford said. The woman was informed by MSU Federal Credit Union of the transactions, but the credit union was unable to provide details of where the card was used, Munford said.

There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
