Pretrial conference for 4 freshmen facing felonies scheduled for Nov. 24

The pretrial exam for four MSU freshmen facing felony charges for detonating an explosive has been adjourned.

The exam previously was scheduled for 9 a.m. Nov. 13.

Olivia M. Hudson, 18, of Okemos; Darby D. Dudley, 18, of Mason; Sasha N. Savage, 18, of Okemos; and Nikolai E. Wasielewski, 18, of Rossford, Ohio, are charged with placing explosives and causing property damage and possession of bombs with unlawful intent.

They face up to 20 years in prison and/or a $15,000 fine for each charge.

A pretrial conference is now scheduled for Nov. 24 and a new preliminary exam is scheduled for Nov. 25.
