Backpack stolen during basketball game

A 30-year-old East Lansing man who left his backpack on the sidelines of an IM Sports-West basketball court Friday discovered it missing after finishing his game, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The camo colored Burton backpack, valued at $100, disappeared between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. It contained a pair of $100 Nike tennis shoes and a $25 bottle of prescription pills.

There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.

Maybe this guy thought his camo colored Burton backback would blend in with its surroundings and no one would see it?
