Trade representative to visit MSU

Cowhey will discuss Governing the Revolution in Global Information and Communications Markets.
The annual lecture features communication figures who have contributed to communication law and policy or the way communication technology is used.
The lecture will begin at 6 p.m. in the James B. Henry Center for Executive Development.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
