Hanukkah Cookies

What’s a holiday without a cookie? Add these orange-spiked cookies to your Hanukkah celebration this weekend.

Ingredients

1/4 pound soft butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter and the sugar together and then add egg yolks. Combine mixture with orange juice, vanilla and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Roll the dough and use your favorite cookie cutters to create holiday shapes. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
