Car accident in Lot 11; no injuries or citations

A 22-year-old woman driving a 2005 Toyota Camry struck another car Tuesday in Lot 11, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The incident, which occurred at about 8:30 p.m., caused about $100 of damage to the other car. The driver was backing out when she hit the other vehicle, a 2009 Ford Focus driven by a 22-year-old woman.

There were no citations issued.

A lot of stories lately about women drivers getting into accidents. Some involving parked cars, some involving other women drivers. Just saying……
