Wharton brings southern laughs

Jeff Foxworthy will be on campus to perform “An Evening of Comedy” at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Auditorium.

The event, which is part of the Live at State series presented by Wharton Center.

It will feature the three-time Grammy Award-nominee and best-selling author as he shares his observations about Southern living.

Foxworthy’s résumé includes his sitcom, “The Jeff Foxworthy Show,” and being a regular touring member of the “Blue Collar Comedy Tour.”

Now he comes to MSU in an event that promises to include the comedies of day-to-day ordeals.

Ticket prices range from $55 to $65 and tickets can be purchased at whartoncenter.com or by calling 1-800-WHARTON.
