MSU student Brian McMillen’s death was attributed to alcohol poisoning in a report released Thursday by the Ingham County Medical Examiner.

McMillen’s blood alcohol content was listed as .35 at the time of death.

McMillen was found dead on Nov. 21 at the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity, 432 Evergreen Ave., by a roommate. He was found unresponsive on a couch in his room at the fraternity house when his roommate called the police. Police said McMillen was unresponsive and was transported to Lansing’s Sparrow Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
