Court closed for inventory Friday

East Lansing’s 54-B District Court and the East Lansing Police Department Record Bureau will be closed Friday for inventory.
The departments are conducting a physical case inventory, an annual task required by the Supreme Court.
Previously scheduled courtroom activity still is scheduled for Friday.
However, all other business, including ticket payment and walk-in arraignments, will not be available.
Anyone scheduled to appear in court Friday is asked to go to the courtroom where they are scheduled to appear.
Drop boxes are available at the East Lansing Police Desk and East Lansing City Hall parking lot, 410 Abbot Road, for filings and payments.
