In honor of the 125th anniversary of the Lansing Board of Water and Light, or LBWL, Melting Moments and LBWL collaborated to create a new ice cream flavor.
“Hometown Hugs,” a mix of dark cherry with bits of milk and white chocolate, is based on the utility board’s slogan — “Hometown People. Hometown Power.” Celebration! Cinema moviegoers can try the flavor in an ice cream sandwich variety this Valentine’s Day weekend.
