Nature center to offer starlit trails

The Harris Nature Center, 3998 Van Atta Road, in Okemos, invites the public to visit and snowshoe or ski the trails by starlight.
This service will be available for this weekend only and will offer one of the nature center’s trails marked with lights while all other trails will be accessible by starlight.
The event is $2 for those with personal equipment and $8 a person for those borrowing equipment from the nature center.
Interested parties should make an appointment time and reserve rental equipment before the event.
