It is so weird.
What is the bank she is using?
I know who did it!

It was the Nigerian prince that sent her such a nice e-mail the day before.

There have been ATM skimmers popping up around Lansing/East Lansing, this doesn’t really surprise me.
Awww :(

What a bummer, I am sorry to hear of this happening and $285 is no small chunk of change. I hope that she still had $ left in her Account. Well, best of luck tracking this $ to the Internet Theif, very clever theif I must say!

I hope it was nothing along the lines of staying logged into a website (banking site, for example) or using an unsecure connection.
What would be helpful..

What would be helpful, is if this Police Brief could come with information about the crime, as well as how the crime could have been prevented. These Police Briefs could be a learning tool if someone would take the time to realize this.

Do the East Lansing Police EVER solve any of this GARBAGE?
No, they don’t.
Stop reporting to the police that you left your online banking open and someone took money.
Stop reporting that some guy asked you for a kiss.
Remember that? I’ll never forget the girl that sought charges of ASSAULT when a guy REQUESTED a kiss.
College women are awful people. They look nice usually. Their service to the world ends there.
