Furlough days to affect area parks

In an effort to ease Ingham County’s tight budget and ensure parks will be open for the 2010 winter holidays, all Ingham county parks will be closed for furlough days on March 22 and 29 and Dec. 6.

Also, employees of the Ingham County Parks will take three days off without pay, and minimal staffing levels will be arranged.
