JR Camelina Seed Company harvested 10,000 pounds of Camelina seed in 2009 in Wisconsin sandy soil. In 2010, a new farmer cooperative will produce more than 300,000 pounds. Very profitable crop for marginal soil, biodiesel feedstock, animal and human foods, vitamin supplement, heating pellets, etc.
