Poetry reading coming to (SCENE)

MSU’s Center for Poetry and the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities will host the second annual Festival of Listening at 7 p.m. Friday at (SCENE) Metrospace, 110 Charles St.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature poetry readings in foreign languages.

Some participants will be reading in their native language while some will read in a learned language. The poetry will not be translated.

A reception featuring international food will be held after the reading and will be open to the public.
