Student reports Schwinn bike stolen
A 21-year-old male MSU student reported his bike stolen Feb. 23, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The bike was locked with a cable lock near Mason Hall. The bike is a red Schwinn bike valued at $200, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The student said his bike was locked through the frame.
There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.

Bring it back! My first bike was a purple Schwinn, from way back when. They were the best bikes made known to man!Sorry for the bikers loss:(

Idiot. Why would you use a cable lock? They can be cut so easily. Get a frickin u-lock amatuer.

I’ve reported two bikes stolen in my time at MSU (each one valued $100-$150), why did that never make the police briefs? What makes this asshole special?

It would be nice it they could. It would be even nicer if the Police Briefs could update us once in awhile.
