Who will represent your school?

Students can vote for college representatives to ASMSU

March 29, 2010

When MSU students go online to vote in the ASMSU spring elections at studentelections.msu.edu, there will be at least 28 names staring back at them.

The 28 students are vying to become the faces of an organization with a budget of more than $1 million and the official voices of the university’s undergraduate populace.

Those students are jockeying to represent their college in either Student Assembly or Academic Assembly.

Student Assembly is in charge of the social aspect of ASMSU such as concerts and scholarships while Academic Assembly is responsible for the academic side including bylaws and program issues.
Before you cast your vote, read The State News’ election guide to find out who could represent your college in ASMSU starting this summer.
