Wallet reported stolen from Music Practice Building
A 31-year-old male MSU employee reported his wallet stolen in the basement of the Music Practice Building on Wednesday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
A 31-year-old male MSU employee reported his wallet stolen in the basement of the Music Practice Building on Wednesday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
While the employee practiced his instrument, he was asked to assist a person upstairs. McGlothian-Taylor said the practice room was left unlocked and unattended for five minutes.
The wallet contained an out-of-state ID as well as a Bank of America debit card, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The employee also brought a backpack with his instrument, but neither were taken. The brown leather wallet and ID were valued at total of $25.
There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation, McGlothian-Taylor said.
