Both at fault in bumper-to-bumper incident

Two cars sustained minor damage after crashing into each other while backing out of parking spaces in Lot 62, Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, McGlothian-Taylor said. The driver of the 2001 Buick, a 22-year-old female from St. Johns, Mich., had a dent and scratch on the driver’s side of the car’s rear bumper. The other vehicle, a 1999 Honda, driven by a female from Flint, Mich., sustained a dent on the passenger’s side of the car’s rear bumper.

Both drivers were found at fault for the crash. The incident inflicted about $300 of damage on each car.
