MSU men’s soccer team senior goalie Jeremy Clark was named Big Ten Defensive Co-Player of the Week by the conference.

Ohio State goalie Matt Lampson shares the award with Clark.

Clark made three saves in a 2-1 victory against Western Michigan on Wednesday in preparation for Sunday’s matchup with Michigan.

The goalie made nine saves for the shutout against the Wolverines, including a five-shot flurry in the final five minutes of the game.

Clark is second in the Big Ten with a .804 save percentage on the season.
