Asian Studies Center to award funds

The Asian Studies Center is accepting applications for a scholarship and a fellowship program for students interested in learning more about Asia.
The Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship and the S.C. Lee Scholarship are open to all MSU students.
Scholarships up to $5,000 are available and prizes up to $1,000 will be awarded to students who submit essays focusing on Asian topics through the S.C. Lee Endowment.
The competition is open until Dec. 23. The deadline for fellowship applications is Feb. 1, 2012.
