R. Kelly hopes to bump tainted jurors as trial grinds
There seems to be a holdup for the jury selection in the R. Kelly child pornography trial.
In light of a recent Chicago Sun-Times article surrounding the case, the attorneys and judge involved feel it’s unlikely to find unbiased jurors who can deliver a fair verdict. After the article was released, the defense is hoping for yet another delay in jury selection. -

Young star to pen 'life' experiences
Miley Cyrus, the “real” girl behind the TV-created star Hannah Montana and lovable tweenage icon, is writing a book. More specifically, a memoir, to be released next spring.
The book will focus on her relationship with her mother. No word yet if she’ll write about why it’s OK to convince impressionable 10-year-olds the white girl gets prettier when she puts on a blond wig.
The move makes sense. Cyrus already has conquered the hearts, minds and piggy banks of young girls everywhere through cable TV, music, and soon enough, the big screen. It’s also only natural that, at this stage of her life, Cyrus would want to record all those great memories and pivotal life experiences such as opening presents on Christmas morning, learning how to ride a bike and keeping still while the makeup artist applies lip liner.
“It’s rare that you hear from someone her age that they want to talk about their family,” Disney Book Group publisher Jeanne Mosure told The New York Times.
No, Mosure, it’s not weird. She’s 15. At that age, her parents should be the most important people in her life, just ahead of the dude who drives her tour bus and the person who keeps that blond wig looking so nice.
Most people her age write the exact same thing at least once a year, but it’s in the form of a two-page, double-spaced essay due to the English teacher by Friday. At least Cyrus can make some serious bank off this venture.

I don’t know much about Miley Cyrus, but I think you have to give her a little more credit than that. Yea, she doesn’t have a whole life to write a memoir about, but maybe this is her chance to make a positive impact on younger individuals. Also, it make her fans actually read, which is always a good thing nowadays.
I mean, she probably has a lot more things to talk about then just simple childhood milestones, and she probably has been through more things that you might not be thinking of.
