Here we go again …

Detroit — Déjà Vu.

That’s the only term that comes to find after watching the first half on Monday’s national championship game, which North Carolina leads MSU 55-34.

Just like their first meeting on Dec. 3, the Spartans are getting manhandled in every sense of the word. There are several numbers to that to support that.

There’s MSU’s 44.4 field goal percentage, compared to North Carolina’s 52.9 percent. There’s MSU’s 14 turnovers, compared to North Carolina’s four.

Led by guard Wayne Ellington’s 17, North Carolina has five players with at least seven points through the first 20 minutes. Meanwhile, senior center Goran Suton (nine points) and sophomore guard Kalin Lucas (eight points) have been MSU’s only effective offensive players.

I’m not sure what head coach Tom Izzo will tell his squad at halftime, but it sure better be good.

I was deeply upset at MSU’s peformance in the national championship game, we didn’t shoot the ball well but most of all the turnovers killed us. The tarheels, showed that they were the more experienced and more talented team last night, however i will give it up to the Spartins for the tough road they fought to get there. Next year we should be back with a bang, we have a young team with a lot of talent with young Kalin, Delvon Roe, and Summers comming back, and we will be the experienced team with the talent, so spartins keep your head up in East Lansing. Go Green!!!!!!!!
