Chris Lieding said: I thought the roll of the elected legislature was to make laws and then for the courts to decide if those laws conflict with the constitution and thereby violate the human rights of individuals; suddenly I find our form of democracy is becoming nothing more than mob rule with the majority blithely voting away the rights of the minority.
